RETURN POLICY

We want to keep everyone happy, but we also put our nonprofit partners first. For this reason, Forward Chic Boutique does NOT offer refunds, however we will offer a store credit for eligible items that you can use towards a future purchase.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the date your receive your order. Please return to the address printed on your shipping label.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed. 

Final Sale Items

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Bodysuits, Accessories, and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, undergarments, and items purchase on promotion or discount are non-returnable.
  • Accessories are non-returnable.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Forward Chic Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
  • We recommend sending your return via insured mail.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Forward Chic does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item(s), please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and add the attachment to the email along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your Order Number. Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please submit a request via email within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
